Texas High School Football - Grapevine thwarted by Seguin
September 18, 2025: Arlington, TX 76002 Seguin Cougars (Arlington, TX) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Grapevine Mustangs (Grapevine, TX), 14-6 in a league battle.
With the win, Seguin improves its record to 1-0 on the season.
The Mustangs now have a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Mansfield Summit for a challenge on Wednesday, September 24. Grapevine will play a Jaguars team coming off a 34-6 non-league win over Burleson (Burleson, TX). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-0.
