September 18, 2025: Warner Robins, GA 31088 In Thursday's league outing, the Wayne County Yellow Jackets (Jesup, GA) softball team routed the host Warner Robins Demons (Warner Robins, GA), by a margin of 15-0.
The Yellow Jackets now sport a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Metter for a non-league outing on Monday, September 22. Wayne County will encounter a Tigers team coming off a 15-0 league win over McIntosh County Academy (Darien, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 10-6.
The Demons (8-12) will now prepare for their test against Howard (Macon, GA). The Huskies go into the non-league test with a 3-11 record. In their last test, Howard prevailed over Baldwin (Milledgeville, GA), 10-2, in a league test.
