The Victory Christian Lions topped the visiting Alabama School for the Deaf Silent Warriors volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Lions confront the Ragland Purple Devils (Ragland, AL) in a 1A Area 11 game, on Tuesday, September 23. Victory Christian will attempt to advance on its 9-6 season record. The Purple Devils go into the game with a 6-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Jefferson Christian Academy (Birmingham, AL).

The Silent Warriors (2-7) will now prepare for their game against Gaylesville (Gaylesville, AL). The Trojans go into the non-league game with a 0-10 record.
