Michigan High School Volleyball - Millington nudged by Bad Axe
September 18, 2025: Millington, MI 48746 In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Bad Axe Hatchets volleyball squad scored a tight 3-2 win over the Millington Cardinals.
With the win, Bad Axe improves its record to 12-5 on the season. The Hatchets host Vassar (Vassar, MI) to face the Vulcans in a Greater Thumb - West test on Thursday, September 25. The Vulcans go into the test with a record of 6-6.
The Cardinals now own a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Laker for a Greater Thumb - West challenge on Thursday, September 25. Millington will play a Lakers team coming off a 3-1 league win over Reese (Reese, MI). The Lakers record now stands at 10-5.
