In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Colleton Prep Academy War Hawks volleyball squad scored a 3-1 win over the Thomas Heyward Academy Rebels.
With the win, Colleton Prep Academy advances its record to 7-11 on the season. The War Hawks host Dorchester Academy (St. George, SC) to face the Raiders in a non-league test on Monday, September 22. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 1-6. Dorchester Academy lost 3-2 in their recent league test against Cathedral Academy (North Charleston, SC)
The Rebels now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Beaufort Academy for a SCISA AA Region II test on Tuesday, September 23. Thomas Heyward Academy will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Andrew Jackson Academy (Ehrhardt, SC). The Eagles record now stands at 3-5.
