The East Wake Warriors volleyball squad (Wendell, NC), was beaten 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Heritage Huskies (Wake Forest, NC)

The Huskies (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Franklinton (Franklinton, NC). The Red Rams enter the Northern Six 6A/7A test with a 11-3 record. In their last test, Franklinton achieved victory over Knightdale (Knightdale, NC), 3-0, in a league test.

The Warriors now own a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to American Leadership Academy-Johnston for a non-league test on Monday, September 22. East Wake will face a Patriots squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Wake Prep Academy (Wake Forest, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 5-9.
