Indiana High School Volleyball - Lake Station Edison can't get by River Forest

River Forest Ingots (Hobart, IN) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting Lake Station Edison Fighting Eagles (Lake Station, IN), 3-2 in a league challenge.

The Ingots (3-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Hammond Central (Hammond, IN). The Wolves come into the non-league challenge with a 9-9 record. In their last challenge, Hammond Central was nudged by Whiting (Whiting, IN), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Fighting Eagles play the Marquette Catholic Blazers (Michigan City, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. Lake Station Edison will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record.
