Georgia High School Softball - Callaway bounces Towers
September 19, 2022: Hogansville, GA 30230 Spectators at Monday's league match between the Callaway Cavaliers (Hogansville, GA) and the visiting Towers Titans (Decatur, GA), witnessed Callaway's softball squad prevail over Towers by a count of 20-0.
The Cavaliers now sport a 9-9 record. They play next when they travel to Landmark Christian for a 2A Region 5 match on Tuesday, September 20. Callaway will meet a War Eagles squad coming off a 16-0 league win over Redan (Stone Mountain, GA). The War Eagles record now stands at 3-8.
With the loss, Towers moves to 0-6 on the season. The Titans travel to Redan (Stone Mountain, GA) to meet the Raiders in a 2A Region 5 match on Tuesday, September 20. The Raiders go into the match with a record of 0-5. Redan lost 20-0 in their recent league match against Callaway (Hogansville, GA)
