Nebraska High School Softball - Pius X bounces Lincoln High
September 19, 2022: Lincoln, NE 68510 Pius X Thunderbolts (Lincoln, NE) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Lincoln High Links (Lincoln, NE), 13-2 in a league challenge.
The Thunderbolts now own a 15-13 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln East for a A District challenge on Thursday, September 22. Pius X will battle a Spartans squad coming off a 9-6 league win over Norfolk (Norfolk, NE). The Spartans record now stands at 18-5.
With the loss, Lincoln High falls to 6-11 on the campaign. The Links host Benson (Omaha, NE) to battle the Bunnies in a A District challenge on Wednesday, September 21. The Bunnies enter the challenge with a record of 0-4.
