September 19, 2022: West Point, VA 23181 The West Point Pointers (West Point, VA) volleyball nudged the visiting Lancaster Red Devils (Lancaster, VA), 3-2 in Monday's non-league outing.
With the win, West Point upgrades its record to 4-3 on the year. The Pointers host King William (King William, VA) to face the Cavaliers in a Tidewater outing on Tuesday, September 20. The Cavaliers go into the outing with a record of 1-3. King William won 3-1 in their recent league outing against King & Queen Central (King & Queen Court House, VA)
The Red Devils now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Colonial Beach for a Northern Neck outing on Tuesday, September 20. Lancaster will face a Drifters squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Virginia Academy (Ashburn, VA). The Drifters record now stands at 1-4.
