Falls Lake Firebirds (Creedmoor, NC) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Person Rockets (Roxboro, NC), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Firebirds confront the Research Triangle Raptors (Research Triangle Park, NC) in a Super Six 1A/2A challenge, on Wednesday, September 20. Falls Lake will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Raptors enter the challenge with a 9-0 record after their 1-0 league win over NCSSM: Durham (Durham, NC).
