Arizona High School Volleyball - Blue Ridge can't hold off Holbrook
September 19, 2023: Lakeside, AZ 85929 In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Holbrook Roadrunners volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets.
The Roadrunners (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Show Low (Show Low, AZ). The Cougars come into the 3A - East battle with a 11-6 record. In their last battle, Show Low was edged by Safford (Safford, AZ), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Yellow Jackets clash with the Winslow Bulldogs (Winslow, AZ) in a 3A - East battle, on Thursday, September 21. Blue Ridge will attempt to advance on its 1-7 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 12-10 record after their 3-0 league loss to Snowflake (Snowflake, AZ).
