September 19, 2024: Elgin, IL 60123 The Larkin Royals edged the visiting Jefferson J-Hawks soccer squad by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Royals (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Hampshire (Hampshire, IL). The Whip-Purs go into the non-league outing with a 4-5 record. In their last outing, Hampshire was edged by Jacobs (Algonquin, IL), 5-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the J-Hawks play the Kaneland Knights (Maple Park, IL) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 21. Jefferson will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Knights go into the outing with a 5-4 record after their 1-0 league loss to Sycamore (Sycamore, IL).
