Virginia High School Volleyball - Denbigh overwhelmed by Bethel
September 19, 2024: Newport News, VA 23608 The Bethel Bruins topped the host Denbigh Patriots volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.
Next up, the Bruins confront the Hampton Crabbers (Hampton, VA) in a Peninsula game, on Tuesday, September 24. Bethel will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record. The Crabbers go into the game with a 0-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Warwick (Newport News, VA).
The Patriots (2-7) will now prepare for their game against Nansemond River (Suffolk, VA). The Warriors go into the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Nansemond River gained a win over Churchland (Portsmouth, VA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
