September 19, 2024: Galena, KS 66739 In Thursday's league challenge, the host Galena Bulldogs volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Columbus Titans.
The Bulldogs (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against West Elk (Howard, KS). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, West Elk edged Caldwell (Caldwell, KS), 2-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Titans meet the Northeast Vikings (Arma, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Columbus will attempt to upgrade on its 0-12 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 2-0 league win over Chetopa (Chetopa, KS).
