Monroe Trojans (Monroe, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lincoln Railsplitters (Ypsilanti, MI), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, Monroe improves its record to 13-11 on the season. The Trojans travel to Dexter (Dexter, MI) to face the Dreadnaughts in a South Eastern - Red test on Thursday, September 26. The Dreadnaughts go into the test with a record of 22-3.

The Railsplitters now own a 6-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dundee for a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. Lincoln will face a Vikings squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Madison (Adrian, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 6-2.
