September 19, 2024: Marion, SC 29571 Marion Swamp Foxes (Marion, SC) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Manning Monarchs (Manning, SC), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Marion improves its record to 5-3 on the season. The Swamp Foxes host East Clarendon (Turbeville, SC) to encounter the Wolverines in a AAA Region 6 test on Tuesday, September 24. The Wolverines go into the test with a record of 2-4. East Clarendon lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Atlantic Collegiate Academy (Conway, SC)
The Monarchs now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Clarendon for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 1.
