In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Stone Mountain Pirates volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Redan Raiders.

The Pirates (8-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Greater Atlanta Christian (Norcross, GA). The Spartans enter the 3A Area 5 challenge with a 18-9 record.
