Alabama High School Football - Section prevails Cedar Bluff
September 19, 2025: Section, AL 35771 In Friday's league match, the host Section Lions football squad scored a good 19-7 triumph over the Cedar Bluff Tigers.
The Lions (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Appalachian (Oneonta, AL). The Eagles come into the non-league match with a 5-0 record. In their last battle, Appalachian prevailed over Ider (Ider, AL), 49-0, in a league battle.
The Tigers now have a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Spring Garden for a non-league battle on Friday, September 26. Cedar Bluff will play a Panthers team coming off a 58-23 league win over Valley Head (Valley Head, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 3-2.
