September 19, 2025: Mulvane, KS 67110 The Mulvane Wildcats felled the visiting Circle Thunderbirds football team by a count of 43-16 in Friday's league test.
The Wildcats now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Augusta for a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail Division III test on Friday, September 26. Mulvane will meet a Orioles squad coming off a 40-0 league win over Winfield (Winfield, KS). The Orioles record now stands at 1-2.
With the defeat, Circle moves to 1-2 on the season. The Thunderbirds host Buhler (Buhler, KS) to face the Crusaders in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail Division III challenge on Friday, September 26. The Crusaders go into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Buhler lost 38-14 in their recent non-league challenge against Great Bend (Great Bend, KS)
