The Hanover-Horton Comets were victorious over the host Columbia Central Golden Eagles football team by a score of 30-14 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Comets face the Jonesville Comets (Jonesville, MI) in a Cascades - West challenge, on Friday, September 26. Hanover-Horton will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Comets enter the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 38-23 league win over Homer (Homer, MI).
