The Comfort Bobcats/Deer football squad scored 49 points and limited the visiting Johnson City Eagles to 35 in the Bobcats/Deer non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bobcats/Deer now sport a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Llano for a non-league test on Friday, September 26. Comfort will face a Yellowjackets team coming off a 40-29 non-league loss to Jarrell (Jarrell, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-1.

The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Thrall (Thrall, TX). The Tigers enter the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Thrall fell by Troy (Troy, TX), 44-20, in a non-league game.
