In Friday's league bout, the Covenant Christian Cougars (Conroe, TX) football team beat the visiting Frassati Catholic Falcons (Spring, TX), by a final score of 34-14.

With the win, Covenant Christian advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Cougars host Village (Houston, TX) to battle the Vikings in a non-league contest on Friday, October 3. The Vikings enter the contest with a record of 2-2.
