Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon Pirate (Henderson, NV) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Del Sol Dragons (Las Vegas, NV), 55-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon improves its record to 5-0 on the season. The Pirate host Spring Valley (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Grizzlies in a 4A Southern - Lake battle on Friday, September 26. The Grizzlies go into the battle with a record of 3-1. Spring Valley won 52-0 in their recent league match against Chaparral (Las Vegas, NV)

Coming up next, the Dragons meet the Sierra Vista Mountain Lions (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A Southern - Lake match, on Friday, September 26. Del Sol will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
