The Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon Pirate (Henderson, NV) football were victorious over the host Sierra Vista Mountain Lions (Las Vegas, NV), 16-0 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Pirate face the Chaparral Cowboys (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A Southern - Lake game, on Friday, October 10. Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon will attempt to better on its 7-0 season record. The Cowboys enter the game with a 0-6 record after their 19-16 non-league loss to Valley (Las Vegas, NV).
