Indiana High School Football - Martinsville sneaks past Franklin Community
September 19, 2025: Martinsville, IN 46151 The Martinsville Artesians football squad scored 42 points and limited the visiting Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs to 41 in the Artesians league triumph on Friday.
The Artesians now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Whiteland for a Mid-State test on Friday, September 26. Martinsville will face a Warriors team coming off a 50-28 league win over Perry Meridian (Indianapolis, IN). The Warriors record now stands at 3-2.
The Grizzly Cubs (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Mooresville (Mooresville, IN). The Pioneers enter the Mid-State game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Mooresville was edged by Decatur Central (Indianapolis, IN), 73-27, in a league game.
