The West Branch Warriors football team (Morrisdale, PA), was crushed 55-14 in Friday's league bout with the visiting Juniata Valley Hornets (Alexandria, PA)

The Hornets (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Moshannon Valley (Houtzdale, PA). The Black Knights/Damsels enter the Inter-County - North match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Moshannon Valley was routed by Mount Union (Mount Union, PA), 34-19, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Warriors confront the Curwensville Golden Tide (Curwensville, PA) in a Inter-County - North battle, on Friday, September 26.
