McIntosh Demons (McIntosh, AL) boosters were content Friday as they observed their football squad nudge the host Sweet Water Bulldogs (Sweet Water, AL), 26-21 in a league match.

The Demons (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Calhoun (Letohatchee, AL). The Tigers come into the non-league match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, Calhoun was nudged by Goshen (Goshen, AL), 31-0, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs meet the Georgiana Panthers (Georgiana, AL) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 26. Sweet Water will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 2-3 record after their 37-34 league win over Kinston (Kinston, AL).
