Tipton Blue Devils (Tipton, IN) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Rensselaer Central Bombers (Rensselaer, IN), 33-14 in a league battle.

With the win, Tipton advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Heritage (Monroeville, IN) to confront the Patriots in a non-league match on Friday, September 26. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 3-2. Heritage lost 14-7 in their recent league match against Adams Central (Monroe, IN)

Next up, the Bombers play the Lafayette Central Catholic Knights (Lafayette, IN) in a Hoosier - Small School battle, on Friday, September 26. Rensselaer Central will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Knights go into the battle with a 1-4 record after their 34-27 non-league loss to West Lafayette (West Lafayette, IN).
