The Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC) soccer nipped the visiting Chatham Charter Knights (Siler City, NC), 2-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Cardinals now hold a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bethany Community for a Northwest Piedmont 1A/2A contest on Tuesday, September 23.
