The Aurora Huskies (Aurora, NE) football overcame the visiting Boone Central Cardinals (Albion, NE), 34-13 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Huskies face the Ashland-Greenwood Bluejays (Ashland, NE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 9. Aurora will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Bluejays enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 20-0 non-league win over Wahoo (Wahoo, NE).
