September 2, 2022: Smithville, TX 78957 The Smithville Tigers topped the visiting Yoakum Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Friday's non-league test.
The Tigers now have a 9-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jarrell for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 6. Smithville will confront a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Rogers (Rogers, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 11-12.
The Bulldogs (12-7) will now prepare for their test against Gonzales (Gonzales, TX). The Apaches enter the non-league test with a 7-14 record.
