The Valley Tigers held off the host Ankeny Hawks volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Tigers now have a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waukee for a non-league test on Saturday, September 9.

The Hawks (8-4) will now prepare for their test against Dowling Catholic (West Des Moines, IA). The Maroons enter the CIML - Metro test with a 4-1 record.
