September 2, 2023: Austin, TX 78717 The Savio Eagles (Austin, TX) volleyball overcame the visiting Founders Classical Academy Archers (Leander, TX), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Savio upgrades its record to 10-5 on the year. The Eagles host Austin Royals HomeSchool (Austin, TX) to face the Royals in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 5. The Royals go into the outing with a record of 1-10.
The Archers now own a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to New Braunfels Thunder for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 2. Founders Classical Academy will face a Thunder squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Katherine Anne Porter School (Wimberley, TX). The Thunder record now stands at 11-8.
