North Carolina High School Soccer - Wayne Country Day nudges Faith Christian
September 2, 2025: Rocky Mount, NC 27803 In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Wayne Country Day Chargers soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 win over the Faith Christian Patriots.
The Chargers (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Liberty Christian Academy (Richlands, NC). The Heat enter the outing with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Liberty Christian Academy was tipped by Harrells Christian Academy (Harrells, NC), 6-4, in a league test.
The Patriots now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greenfield for a NCISAA Coastal Plain test on Thursday, September 4. Faith Christian will clash with a Knights team coming off a 8-0 league win over Epiphany (New Bern, NC). The Knights record now stands at 5-1.
