Colorado High School Softball - Denver East bounces Vista PEAK Prep

The Denver East Angels softball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting Vista PEAK Prep Bison to 9 in the Angels league victory on Tuesday.

Next, the Angels meet the George Washington Patriots (Denver, CO) in a 5A/4A Denver Prep challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Denver East will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Patriots go into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 19-2 league loss to Denver South (Denver, CO).

The Bison (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Northfield (Denver, CO). The Nighthawks go into the 5A/4A Denver Prep challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Northfield held off Thomas Jefferson (Denver, CO), 20-3, in a league challenge.
