In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Knox Central Panthers volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Barbourville Tigers.

The Panthers (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Madison Southern (Berea, KY). The Eagles come into the non-league test with a 6-1 record. In their last test, Madison Southern nudged Bourbon County (Paris, KY), 3-2, in a non-league test.
