California High School Volleyball - Preuss UCSD Horizon Prep
September 2, 2025: Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067 Horizon Prep Lions (Rancho Santa Fe, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Preuss UCSD Tritons (La Jolla, CA), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the victory, Horizon Prep upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Lions host Rock Academy (San Diego, CA) to meet the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 4. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 2-2. Rock Academy won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Coastal Academy (Oceanside, CA)
Next, the Tritons meet the Liberty Charter Lions (Alpine, CA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 4. Preuss UCSD will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 1-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Sweetwater (National City, CA).
