California High School Volleyball - Lassen can't get by Modoc

Modoc Braves (Alturas, CA) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Lassen Grizzlies (Susanville, CA), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Modoc advances its record to 3-4 on the season. The Braves travel to Lakeview (Lakeview, OR) to face the Honkers in a non-league test on Monday, September 8. The Honkers go into the test with a record of 0-0.

Next, the Grizzlies play the Portola Tigers (Portola, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Lassen will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Chester (Chester, CA).
