September 20, 2022: Globe, AZ 85501 The Globe Tigers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting American Leadership Academy - Ironwood Warriors to 0 in the Tigers league victory on Tuesday.
The Tigers now possess a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Miami for a non-league game on Saturday, September 24. Globe will meet a Vandals team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Mohave Accelerated (Bullhead City, AZ). The Vandals record now stands at 10-6.
The Warriors (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Gilbert Christian (Gilbert, AZ). The Knights enter the 3A - South Central game with a 7-2 record. In their last game, Gilbert Christian defeated Scottsdale Christian Academy (Phoenix, AZ), 3-2, in a non-league game.
