September 20, 2022: Leakey, TX 78873 Leakey Eagles (Leakey, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Brackett Tigers (Brackettville, TX), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Eagles clash with the D'Hanis Cowboys (D'Hanis, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 30 match, on Friday, September 23. Leakey will attempt to advance on its 5-7 season record. The Cowboys come into the match with a 10-12 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Junction (Junction, TX).
With the loss, Brackett drops to 0-9 on the campaign. The Tigers host La Pryor (La Pryor, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 2A Region IV District 30 match on Friday, September 23. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 3-6. La Pryor won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Comstock (Comstock, TX)
