The North Hunterdon Lions volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Montgomery Cougars to 1 in the Lions non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Lions now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bridgewater-Raritan for a Skyland - Delaware East game on Thursday, September 22.

The Cougars (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Hunterdon Central (Flemington, NJ). The Red Devils enter the non-league game with a 0-0 record.
