September 20, 2023: Atwater, CA 95301 El Capitan Gauchos (Merced, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Buhach Colony Thunder (Atwater, CA), 3-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Gauchos clash with the Golden Valley Cougars (Merced, CA) in a Central California Conference match, on Monday, September 25. El Capitan will attempt to advance on its 15-7 season record. The Cougars come into the match with a 7-10 record after their 3-0 league win over Central Valley (Ceres, CA).
