California High School Football - Liberty falls to Central

The Central Grizzlies felled the visiting Liberty Patriots football team by a score of 41-14 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Grizzlies face the Clovis North Broncos (Fresno, CA) in a Tri-River challenge, on Friday, October 4. Central will attempt to improve on its 5-0 season record. The Broncos go into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 35-14 non-league loss to Los Alamitos (Los Alamitos, CA).

The Patriots (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Independence (Bakersfield, CA). The Falcons go into the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Independence lost by Kennedy (Delano, CA), 34-19, in a non-league challenge.
