September 20, 2024: Dover, DE 19901 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the St. Andrew's Cardinals (Middletown, DE) and the host Early College Hornets (Dover, DE), witnessed St. Andrew's's football squad wallop Early College by a count of 60-6.
The Cardinals (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Conrad Science (Wilmington, DE). The Red Wolves enter the 1A District 2 contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Conrad Science was routed by Brandywine (Wilmington, DE), 41-6, in a league contest.
Coming up next, the Hornets confront the Seaford Bluejays (Seaford, DE) in a 1A District 2 contest, on Friday, September 27. Early College will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Bluejays enter the contest with a 1-2 record after their 32-13 league loss to First State Military Academy (Clayton, DE).
