September 20, 2024: Swan Quarter, NC 27885 The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Pungo Christian Academy Raiders (Belhaven, NC) and the host Mattamuskeet Lakers (Swan Quarter, NC), witnessed Pungo Christian Academy's football squad wallop Mattamuskeet by a tally of 50-14.
The Raiders (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Northeast Academy (Lasker, NC). The Eagles enter the NCISAA 8-Man Freelance (8 Man) contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Northeast Academy was trounced by Columbia (Columbia, NC), 52-0, in a non-league contest.
