In Saturday's league match, the host Burr & Burton Bulldogs football squad scored a good 17-7 victory over the Mount Anthony Patriots.

The Bulldogs (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Essex (Essex Junction, VT). The Hornets enter the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Essex overcame Colchester (Colchester, VT), 41-20, in a league battle.
