The St. Edward Green Wave volleyball squad (Elgin, IL), dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Aurora Central Catholic Chargers (Aurora, IL)

With the win, Aurora Central Catholic improves its record to 10-9 on the season. The Chargers travel to De La Salle (Chicago, IL) to encounter the Meteors in a Girls Catholic (GCAC) battle on Tuesday, September 23. The Meteors go into the battle with a record of 1-17. De La Salle lost 2-0 in their recent league battle against Trinity (River Forest, IL)

The Green Wave now own a 5-13 record. They take the field next when they host Parkview Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Monday, September 22. St. Edward will meet a Falcons team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Earlville (Earlville, IL). The Falcons record now stands at 10-13.
