Boone Central Cardinals (Albion, NE) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Central City Bison (Central City, NE), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Boone Central upgrades its record to 8-7 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Laurel-Concord-Coleridge (Laurel, NE) to meet the Bears in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 20. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 11-0. Laurel-Concord-Coleridge won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Plainview (Plainview, NE)
