Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA) boosters left the game pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host Cerritos Dons (Cerritos, CA), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Toreadors (19-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Palisades (Pacific Palisades, CA). The Dolphins come into the non-league challenge with a 17-1 record. In their last challenge, Palisades edged Los Angeles CES (Los Angeles, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Dons meet the Canyon Cowboys (Canyon Country, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 20. Cerritos will attempt to upgrade on its 12-3 season record. The Cowboys come into the challenge with a 4-18 record after their 3-0 league loss to West Ranch (Valencia, CA).
